You can even write it on paper to be placed under the glass. If you are using a cup, make sure to put something over the top of it so bugs donโt get in if you choose to place it outside over night.
Leave the glass outside or on a windowsill where it can soak up the Blue Moon's light overnight. In the morning, drink the water first thing to lock that charged, high-frequency energy directly into your body.
