The Richmond Forumis celebrating its 40th anniversary!
Buckinghamis one of four sponsors that have been with The Richmond Forum from the very beginning and are still sponsors forty years later.

This is how it happened to be.
Buckingham Greenery owned the flower shop in the atrium of the James Center. Ralph Krueger, the founder of The Richmond Forum, came to the flower shop from the Omni Hotel and asked the floral designer if we would donate 3 centerpieces. Ralph had this new program called The Richmond Forum and was hosting a dinner of three sponsor tables at the Omni Hotel.
We did have extra flowers, so we said yes, and that was 40 years ago. There are so many arrangements that the award winning Buckingham Greenery team have designed from the Money Tree plants for Peter Lynch to the yellow Laura Bush roses for her program.
We are proud to partner with The Richmond Forum for forty years!

toured the James A. Buzzard James River Education Center. The thoughtfully designed education center has engaging classrooms and aquariums.
We learned about their sustainable building practices with native plant landscaping, permeable hard surfaces for storm water management and eco-conscious building materials.
