🌿 Wild Yam Root Oil + Hormone Support 🌿

Looking for natural ways to support your wellness journey? Wild yam root oil has become a favorite in many hormone-support routines and is often used as part of a holistic approach to balance and self-care. ✨

Many love it for supporting:
🤍 Hormone wellness routines
🤍 Monthly cycle comfort
🤍 Perimenopause & menopause support
🤍 Mood and overall well-being
🤍 A more intentional self-care ritual

Many holistic practices say Wild Yam root mimics progesterone which helps estrogen levels and therefore helps balance hormones. It is NOT an active hormone just meant to work alongside the bodies natural hormones to help ease the symptoms of hormonal imbalance.

I’ve been using this and the cream (coming soon) and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my body. This along side Magnesium, well balanced meals and exercise will keep you feeling your best!

At Willow Root Health, we believe wellness starts at the root — with simple ingredients and mindful choices. Small daily habits can make a big impact. 🌱

I’m exploring the world of beef gelatin. I’m using it mainly for the gut health benefits but there are so many more. I know I’m late to the party but I’m finding SO many recipes!

For Mother’s Day I decide to make an angel food cake with homemade whip cream. This time I added beef gelatin to the mix and it was a game changer. It kept the consistency fluffy with a bit of structure. It also lasted longer and didn’t melt as fast!

The taste was the same and the texture was smooth. I can’t wait to make all the things!

Next up elderberry gummies from my homemade elderberry juice 😋

I will never post about what I eat in a day because to be honest it’s never the same.

My ADD sometimes causes me to forget to eat meals. Sometimes I eat iced coffee for breakfast. Sometimes I cook delicious meals and my nutrition is on point. It’s reality.

BUT when I do cook and stay consistent DAMN do I cook some good meals. 😆

Some days I’m just too tired to cook and I’ll have one of my “go to” meals. Some days it looks like this… and that’s ok 👌🏼

Every BODY is different. Stop trying to mimic someone’s “what I eat in a day to…” because it won’t necessarily work for you and your body.

Move your body. Eat fresh foods and stop over complicating things. ✌🏼
