She's baackkkk. Our sweet Kelly is back to our weekly schedule and we couldn't be more excited !
Kelly believes yoga is about far more than movement, it is a practice of returning home to yourself. Through breath, mindful movement, and self-awareness, yoga became a
transformational tool that helped her reconnect with her authentic self and create a life rooted in purpose, balance, and growth. Her intention in every class is to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and connected to their mind, body, and spirit.
