Thank you Stephanie for your amazing talk yesterday at the library. I think myself and the others came away so much more informed and have a better understanding now on how to proceed on making sourdough correctly. ๐
I would also like to thank all of you who came out to my first sourdough class at Johnson County Library (WY)! It was an amazing turn out and we had some great questions/discussions. Thank you Johnson County Library (WY)!

๐This morning I am baking the loaf that you watched me fold, shape, and get into the proofing basket. This loaf had a card ride, was folded/stretched/shaped during class, and then was set in the fridge๐(So she didn't have a perfect journey).. But, as you can see she will make a beautiful loaf. I hope I helped everyone see sourdough is a fun process and not as complicated as some make it to be.๐
