🚧 Traffic Alert for Patients Visiting Our Office 🚧

Please plan ahead if you have an upcoming appointment at our North Forest Road location.

Road construction is currently underway on North Forest Road between Sheridan Drive and Millersport Highway, causing significant traffic delays. We have already experienced situations where patients were unable to reach our office due to traffic congestion.

According to the road crew, roadway removal is taking place this week, with paving scheduled to begin next week and continue for approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During paving operations, portions of the road may be closed to traffic for 30 minutes or longer at a time.

⏰ Please allow extra travel time and expect delays of up to one hour.

With school buses returning to the roads next week, traffic conditions may become even more challenging.

We encourage all patients to:
✅ Leave earlier than usual for appointments
✅ Monitor traffic conditions before traveling
✅ Call our office if you are experiencing delays on your way

📣 Labor Day Weekend & Last Summer Friday Hours ☀️

As we wrap up the summer season, please note our adjusted office hours for Friday, September 4th:
🕐 Last Summer Friday Hours: Our office will close at 2:00 PM. We will resume back to the normal Friday closing at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 11th.

🇺🇸 Labor Day Closure: Our office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

If you need assistance before the holiday weekend, please contact our office before Friday afternoon. For urgent medical concerns while we are closed, please call our office and follow the prompts to reach our answering service.

🩺 Stay on top of your cervical health: Pap testing is generally recommended every 3 years before age 30 and Pap + HPV testing every 5 years after 30, though your schedule may vary based on whether you've had previous abnormal results. 💗📅

Important Information About Breast Imaging at Audubon Women's Medical Associates

We would like to clarify that our radiologist is not physically located in our office. Our radiologist is affiliated with Onsite Women's Health and serves as the interpreting physician for all breast imaging studies performed at Audubon Women's Medical Associates.

After your mammogram or breast ultrasound is completed at our office, the images are securely reviewed and interpreted by our board-certified radiologist through Onsite Women's Health. A detailed report is then sent to your provider so results can be communicated to you and any necessary follow-up can be arranged.

We are proud to partner with Onsite Women's Health to provide high-quality breast imaging services while ensuring expert interpretation of your studies.

If you have any questions about your breast imaging appointment or results, please contact our office, and our team will be happy to assist you.
