Private chef dinners, cooking classes, and full-service catering for corporate parties, family gatherings, and holiday celebrations — booked first-deposit, first-served. I only take a limited number of holiday bookings so every event gets my full attention, from the menu to the final plate. A flat $150 deposit locks your date (well below the 50% deposit most catering companies ask for), and it's credited toward your final invoice. Once a date's deposit is in, it's off the calendar.
