💜🍦 A Sweet Treat & An Important Reminder 🍦💜

Today we were honored to welcome Raykesha & Beth from Kentucky’s Adult Protective Services and the Department for Community Based Services, who treated our participants to a wonderful ice cream bar! A huge thank you for taking the time to visit, share smiles, and spend part of your day with our Just Family family. Your kindness and support mean so much to us.

While we enjoyed a fun afternoon together, it also served as an important reminder that everyone deserves to live free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Many older adults and vulnerable adults suffer in silence, which is why awareness and reporting are so important.

🚨 Know the signs of adult abuse:
• Unexplained injuries
• Sudden changes in behavior
• Poor hygiene or living conditions
• Financial exploitation
• Neglect of basic needs
