Looking for a quick and delicious meal idea for this week?
I got you!

Tender, crispy, protein-packed chicken patties with a creamy cottage cheese boost are where its at.
Pinky swear.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup flour
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions:
•In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
•Mix until well combined. If the mixture feels very soft, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
•Form into 8 equal patties.
•Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
•Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
•Transfer to a plate and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

💜Optional Oven Method (this is how I did it!):
Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.

💥Meal Prep Tip: Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet, air fryer, or microwave.

✔️Serving Idea: Pair with a salad, roasted vegetables, or tuck into lettuce wraps for an easy low-carb meal.

This right here is Soursop, also called Graviola or Annona muricata, but today we are not talking about the fruit.
Today, we are talking about the leaf — because the leaf has a whole reputation of its own.

For generations, soursop leaves have been used in traditional medicine across the Caribbean, Central and South America, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. The leaves were commonly made into teas, decoctions, washes, baths, and poultices.
Traditionally, people used soursop leaf for fever, colds, flu, respiratory complaints, inflammation, pain, parasites, malaria, skin issues, insomnia, headaches, cystitis, blood sugar support, blood pressure support, stomach complaints, rheumatic discomfort, neuralgia, abscesses, and general immune support.

That is why this plant gets so much attention. The leaf is not just something hanging on the tree waiting for fruit. The leaf itself has been one of the most respected medicinal parts of the plant.

Modern research has found that soursop leaves contain powerful natural compounds, including acetogenins, alkaloids, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, antioxidants, terpenes, and other plant chemicals.
These compounds are part of why the leaf has been studied for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiviral, pain-supporting, stomach-protective, blood-sugar-supporting, blood-pressure-supporting, antiparasitic, and immune-related activity.

One of the biggest reasons people talk about soursop leaf is because of its acetogenins. These are unique compounds found in the Annona family, and they have been studied heavily in laboratory research.
In lab studies, soursop leaf extracts and isolated compounds have shown activity against certain cancer cell lines. That is real research, and it is one reason this tree has become so famous.

The leaf has also been studied for blood sugar support. Traditional use for diabetes has been recorded in several countries, and modern research suggests compounds in the leaf may help slow carbohydrate breakdown and support healthier glucose balance.
That is powerful, but it also means people already taking blood sugar medication need to be careful, because the leaf may lower blood sugar too much when combined with medication.

Soursop leaf has also been studied for blood pressure support. Traditional use includes hypertension, and modern research has shown blood-pressure-lowering effects in animal studies. Again, that is why this plant deserves respect — and caution. If someone is already on blood pressure medicine, this is not something to play around with casually.

The leaf also has a long history around pain, swelling, inflammation, and skin problems. In some traditions, the leaves were used in baths for skin conditions. In other places, they were applied topically for pain.
Modern research showing anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and pain-supporting activity helps explain why people used it this way for so long.

Soursop leaf has also been connected traditionally with sleep, calm, nervous-system complaints, and headaches. Some traditional systems used it for insomnia, and some research has explored nervous-system effects. That does not mean we call it a proven sleep medicine, but it does show that the old use of the plant was not random.

Soursop leaf is one of those plants that reminds us why we grow more than food.
Some plants feed the body.
Some plants teach history.
Some plants show us how much knowledge has been forgotten.
And this one right here has a leaf that people around the world have respected for generations.

Trying to kick the habit?
We can help!

Natranals are smokeless aromatherapy inhalers (puffers).
These provide an alternative to traditional smoking or va**ng by offering users the experience of inhaling aromatic essential oils.

The puffer is a great tool to help individuals gradually reduce their dependence on smoking and va**ng. The combination of sensory satisfaction from inhaling the aromas and the hand to mouth cessation movement aids in managing cravings and easing the transition to a smoke-free life.

Our selection of natural flavors not only provides a pleasant sensory experience but also helps to freshen your breath. Each inhalation leaves a clean, refreshing taste that neutralizes bad odors, promoting a feeling of mouth freshness throughout the day.

A is for Arnica.

Topical arnica is a popular herbal remedy used to reduce bruising, soothe muscle soreness, and relieve joint pain.
Applied as a cream/gel/salve, it works by decreasing inflammation and improving circulation.

Key Benefits & Uses
💥Bruising and Swelling: Arnica is widely used to speed up the recovery of bruises and reduce swelling after minor injuries or cosmetic procedures. It is believed to stimulate white blood cells to clear out trapped blood and fluids from the affected area.
💥Muscle Soreness: Athletes and fitness enthusiasts often apply arnica topically to soothe delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and ease everyday sprains or muscle strains.
💥Osteoarthritis: Some studies suggest that daily application of arnica can be just as effective as ibuprofen gel for relieving pain and improving joint function in hand or knee osteoarthritis.

Vitamin C is one of the most under-rated nutrients in modern wellness.

Humans are one of the few species that cannot make their own vitamin C. Most animals produce the equivalent of several grams every day, then make dramatically more during periods of physical stress, injury, or infection.
We rely entirely on what we eat and supplement.

Vitamin C is involved in hundreds of biological reactions every single day.

It is required to:
• build collagen
• strengthen blood vessels
• recycle antioxidants
• support white blood cells
• produce neurotransmitters
• manufacture carnitine for energy
• regulate histamine
• protect DNA
• support adrenal function
• absorb iron
• help defend cells from oxidative stress.

Every organ depends on it.

Yet many people are only consuming enough to prevent deficiency, not enough to fully support the body’s daily demands.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is assuming they have to start with large doses.

You do not.

If vitamin C bothers your stomach, begin with a tiny pinch of pure ascorbic acid in water. Take it slowly. As your body adapts, gradually increase the amount over days or weeks. Many people who once thought they could never tolerate vitamin C eventually work their way up to gram doses simply by increasing it little by little.

Small steps are still progress.

One of the pioneers of orthomolecular medicine, Dr. Robert Cathcart, described bowel tolerance as a reflection of the body’s need for vitamin C. During periods of increased biological stress, many people can often tolerate substantially larger amounts than when they are well.
Everyone is different, so increasing gradually and paying attention to your own response is important.

Vitamin C is simple.

It is inexpensive.

It has one of the largest bodies of scientific research behind it of any nutrient.

Yet it remains one of the most overlooked tools for supporting healthy collagen, immune resilience, cellular protection, energy production, healthy aging, and overall physiology.

Sometimes the most powerful nutrients are also the ones we’ve stopped appreciating.
