I remember Ally asking me 4 years ago if I ever thought of doing Lactation.

I’m still humbled she thought of little ol ME when she wanted to bring more into her scan studio. It’s been such a fun and rewarding journey walking alongside this boss babe bestie of mine! Both adding 2 babies to our crew during the time but somehow still managing to support our community along the way!

Motherhood is equal parts beautiful and demanding. It stretches you, softens you, and transforms you in ways no one can fully prepare you for. It’s an honor to walk alongside so many of you during such a vulnerable season.

To every mama I’ve supported, cried with, celebrated with, and learned from — thank you for trusting me with a small piece of your journey.

Happy Nurses Week to the ones who give every ounce of themselves in the quiet moments no one else sees. 🤍

For 10 years, I’ve had the honor of witnessing life in its most sacred seasons — watching babies take their first breaths and mothers bloom into themselves, helping mamas nourish and grow their little ones, holding the hands of those taking their final breaths, and caring for every soul in between.

Nursing is heavy. Beautiful. Exhausting. Rewarding. Heartbreaking. Life-changing.
And somehow, all these years later, I’m still so proud to say: I’m a nurse. 🩺

If I’ve ever been your nurse, trust me when I say it’s my honor 🤍🤍

To my fellow nurses — thank you for the care, compassion, strength, and sacrifices you give every single day. Happy Nurses Week. ✨

Stimulate the letdown ➡️ slow the long drags ➡️ hold 5–8 seconds… and watch your body do what it was designed to do 💛
