I remember Ally asking me 4 years ago if I ever thought of doing Lactation.

I’m still humbled she thought of little ol ME when she wanted to bring more into her scan studio. It’s been such a fun and rewarding journey walking alongside this boss babe bestie of mine! Both adding 2 babies to our crew during the time but somehow still managing to support our community along the way!

Motherhood is equal parts beautiful and demanding. It stretches you, softens you, and transforms you in ways no one can fully prepare you for. It’s an honor to walk alongside so many of you during such a vulnerable season.

That moment when the letdown hits + the milk starts POURING 🤌✨ Hand pumping is all about rhythm, patience, and knowing when to hold instead of drag.

Stimulate the letdown ➡️ slow the long drags ➡️ hold 5–8 seconds… and watch your body do what it was designed to do 💛

This tip is especially helpful when you find yourself short on time for your pump session!
