GROW Prenatal & Family Center GROW's mission is to support families in their childbearing and childrearing years with a focus on empowerment and positivity. GROW with us!

GROW is committed to providing physical & emotional wellness through yoga and fitness, informed childbirth education, and a compassionate & fun community for all who build and grow families. People of any race, ethnicity, relationship status, sexual orientation, or gender identity are welcome, and we work to reflect that pillar in the language we use and the classes we teach. Our offerings include

: prenatal/postnatal/parents yoga, barre & fitness; childbirth education; pregnancy & new parent support groups; playgroups & children's yoga; and birth & postpartum doula services.

🤔People get a text or email from me and think it’s AI but it’s not AI and maybe it should be AI but AI doesn’t actually care how you are doing postpartum or if you need anything but I do but if you think it’s AI so you don’t reply so maybe I should lean more into AI but truly, while AI can replace so many jobs, I’m not sure it should. Like this sentence above, clearlyyyy I wrote it all by myself 😘

So when you get a text or email from us, I kind of just need you to know, we love you and we are not going to let AI become your childbirth educator or postpartum doula (because we love you) 💚

Perfect for massage, acupuncture, therapy, etc. Available part or full time.

Other tenants are the Vermont Donor Milk Center, a perinatal therapist and a pediatric SLP.

Lots of opportunity for referrals from GROW and for collaborations.

Things I’ve heard and seen at GROW this week:
💚”we should exchange numbers and start a group text for baby hangs”
💙 one mom bringing another mom coffee to class
💛”does anyone want to go to yoga on Sunday?”
💜”I’m going to sign up for the postpartum strength class, anyone else want to do that series with me”
🧡 a pregnant person setting up someone else space because they are running late to class.

These are such small things, and at the same time such massive things. These are things you hear and say when you are part of the Village and make the effort to build your community.

So glad you are here ✨ leannnnn in.
