16 years ago, two chiropractors started building a life together rooted in family, health, hard work, and helping people live better for the long haul ❤️

Somewhere along the way came:
kids,
patients who became family,
endless schedules,
late nights,
early mornings,
and a beautiful practice that grew right alongside us.

Through every season, we’re still here…
still building,
still laughing,
and still doing life together.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us ❤️

We know it’s only Wednesday…but honestly? We’re already getting worried 😅

Every. Single. Year.

Someone does something completely horrifying…
…and completely opposite of everything we’ve been working on with them for months.

Sometimes years. 😂

You know who you are 🫵🏻

Luckily for spines everywhere, we’re opening an extra shift Tuesday morning after Memorial Day to help with all the:

✔ hotel bed necks
✔ road trip backs
✔ pickleball regrets
✔ gardening injuries
✔ cooler-lifting “confidence”

For all the:
“I thought I was still 27” moments from the long weekend 🚗🌱🍹

We got you 😘

(And yes…we fully expect to hear at least 14 versions of “I’m fine, I just slept weird.”)

One of the easiest things we encourage parents to do at home?

More time on their belly. Even for bigger kids. 👇

Why?

Because kids today spend a LOT more time flexed forward over tablets, phones, gaming systems and screens than ever before. Over time, that “collapsed forward” position can contribute to poor postural habits, reduced upper back strength and increased neck/back tension.

Laying on their belly naturally encourages:
✔ lifting the head
✔ activating the upper back muscles
✔ extension through the spine
✔ movement variety instead of constant flexion

And no…we’re not chasing “perfect posture.”

We ARE trying to help growing bodies build strength, resilience and better movement habits in a screen-filled world 🤍

A few interesting reads for parents who like the research side of things:

Just a few totally harmless phrases that have absolutely NEVER caused chiropractors emotional damage 😌😂

👇 Which one have you said to your chiropractor before? 😂. #.

The best part of our job?

Watching people get their lives back.

The workouts.
The sleep.
The energy.
The confidence in their body again.

Even better is seeing families choose to be proactive from the very beginning 🤍

Teaching kids early how to take care of their bodies, move well, and support their spine and nervous system before stress and dysfunction become the norm.

The one who calls you out…
The one who helps you see your blind spots..
The one who calls to check in on you…
The one who makes sure you actually follow through…
even when you’re tired and trying to sneak out early 😄

In our opinion, that’s what healthcare should look like❤️

clear goals
a real plan
accountability and people who are committed to your success

(with a lot of love, even if it’s occasionally tough love). We’ve got you 💪

If you have a dog… you already know 😅

Spring = discovering everything they “left for you” all winter

The real problem isn’t the yard…
it’s how many times you’re bending, twisting, reaching

Before you get after it this weekend:
loosen up and use your hips + legs

👉 Make it a leg day. Not a back day.

Also… if yard work takes you out for 3 days after…
we should probably talk 😅

💚Celebrating Administrative Professionals Day 💚

If you’ve ever walked into our office, you already know…
these two keep everything moving.

Schedules, patients, flow of the day… all of it.

We’re incredibly grateful for them and the way they take care of our patients (and us 😅)

Today we slowed things down for a minute with a little appreciation 💐
(and a little something from to make it official 😉). 👉 Help us show them some love below 💛

Ha ha… gotcha 😄

Listen… we know some people do this ALL the time
(and full disclosure… we hit those bendy-back chairs just right back in the day too… instant “musical spine” 😂)

👉 But let’s talk about what’s actually happening when people “self release” or crack their spine…

That “pop” people chase?
It’s just a quick release of pressure in the joint

It can feel like relief
…but it’s not fixing the reason it felt tight in the first place

Most of the time, that “stuck” feeling comes from how that area is moving and stabilizing

👉 joints not moving well
👉 muscles overworking or not supporting properly
👉 patterns built up over time

So your body creates that urge to crack it

And when you do—you get that quick reset feeling

But nothing underneath has changed

Same spot → same feeling → same habit

Over time, forcing that same motion can keep the cycle going and irritate the area even more.

Now add in phones, laptops, long days sitting…
and we’re seeing this more (and younger) than ever

If you feel like you need to crack the same spot over and over…
that’s not random

👉 that’s your body telling you something needs attention

It starts with understanding what’s actually going on.

🔥 Send this to the person who cracks their neck every 5 minutes 😅.
