After 13 incredible years, I have an important update to share with our Aspire Wellness community 🤍

Aspire Wellness is officially transitioning to new ownership as of the end of this month and will be moving forward under ShiftSetGo. This decision was made with deep care, prayer, and consideration for our clients, staff, and the future of the services you trust.

To every client, coach, partner, and friend who has supported Aspire over the past 13 years—thank you. It has been an absolute honor to walk alongside you in your health journeys, celebrate victories, navigate challenges, and build a community rooted in encouragement, accountability, and care. Aspire has always been more than a business—it’s been a family.

I am incredibly grateful to Emily and the ShiftSetGo team for continuing this work with integrity and heart. Our greatest hope has always been that our clients are cared for well, and I believe this transition supports that goal.

Consistency is the key to getting the best and fastest results in any area of your life. Without it, progress stalls. With it, everything changes.

Whether it’s exercise, improving how you eat, or building a new routine—consistency is what gets you there.

You’ve heard me say it before: it takes about 21 days to build a habit… and guess what?
There are 24 days until Christmas.

So ask yourself: What new habit can you start TODAY?
Small steps done consistently lead to big results.
And remember—you are stronger than you think. 💪✨
