Who says seniors slow down?

The Wildflower crew hit Wildseed Farms, shopped till they dropped (not literally), walked the butterfly paths, enjoyed the flowers, found every shady spot available, and may or may not have started a serious relationship with the peach ice cream.

As if that wasn’t enough, we wrapped up the day at Altdorf Biergarten with burgers, Reubens, French onion soup, peach salads, and enough laughter to turn heads across the restaurant.

Retirement? More like a permanent field trip with friends.

Most maturing parents aren't resisting help—they're resisting what the help represents. For many older adults, accepting help can feel like losing independence, control, or a part of their identity. That's why these conversations can be so difficult for families.

"What feels hardest right now?"
"What would make life easier?"
