The injunction has been reinstated! Meaning all h**p products we pulled from the shelves yesterday are going right back up! The state must respond by Thursday May 14th. Until then, we have the green light!! Stock up while you can. Anyone else have whiplash?

We had to pull all smokeable h**p again this morning. The TRO has been appealed and is no longer in effect, therefore we cannot sell the products we just put back on the shelves. We are waiting for more information, and the fight is not over.

May, 6, 2026 The state filed its notice of appeal in the THBC lawsuit against DSHS. We anticipated the state doing this.
Our legal counsel has alerted the 15th Court of Appeals we will be filing the Rule 29.3 motion as soon as we are assigned a docket number in that court.
We will be working to provide relief to the industry as fast as possible. This process could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
