Honored to attend the Sold-Out Women in Business Expo & Awards Luncheon today hosted by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

It was inspiring to be in a room filled with visionary women leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who are shaping the future of business in the Twin Cities and beyond. The energy, innovation, and collaboration on display were truly powerful.

The wonderful culprit was found. When I asked why she left the note. Her response was …
“I saw you worked till 11 PM the other day…” so I decided to write this for you.

This is more than a note for me. It is an encouragement, a fuel, a reassurance. It is a reminder that our children SEE us.

Never underestimate the power of a few sincere words. And sometimes, the smallest voice carries the loudest affirmation.
