Strongfirst has created a program called Simple and Sinister. Its a minimalist, high-intensity kettlebell training program designed to build all-around physical strength, power, and resilience.
100 single arm kettlebell swings, performed 10 at a time every 30 seconds, followed by 1 turkish get-up on each minute for 10 minutes.
The Sinister Goal for women is 24kg for the Get-up and 32kg weight for the Swing.
As of my last count, there are only 137 women in the world that have completed this challenge.
katie has been training for this for the last 7 months and on Friday she crushed this challenge. Please send her all the high fives and a huge congratulations!!!
