Strongfirst has created a program called Simple and Sinister. Its a minimalist, high-intensity kettlebell training program designed to build all-around physical strength, power, and resilience.

100 single arm kettlebell swings, performed 10 at a time every 30 seconds, followed by 1 turkish get-up on each minute for 10 minutes.

The Sinister Goal for women is 24kg for the Get-up and 32kg weight for the Swing.

As of my last count, there are only 137 women in the world that have completed this challenge.
katie has been training for this for the last 7 months and on Friday she crushed this challenge. Please send her all the high fives and a huge congratulations!!!

To watch Katie lift and give it her all, all the time, is incredible. Its an honor to train with her and I am so proud of her hard work and dedication ❤️

And BTW, Katie told me I could post the picture of her 100th kettlebell swing, the face says it all🥵

They all performed at a very high level today and accomplished a level of Simple & Sinister.

Not just a workout. This took time, patience, and a lot of practice. They chose weights that would test their grit and strength.

100 Single Arm Swings at the grueling pace of 10 every 30 seconds. Followed by 10 Turkish getups performed 1 at a time on the minute.

Amazing!

And huge shout out to .katie for accomplishing sinister weights, 32kg swings and 24kg getups💪💪💪

Our Summer Youth Strength Series is officially open for registration, and spots are limited!

This summer, we’ll be offering TWO age-group programs designed to help kids and teens build strength, confidence, coordination, and healthy movement habits in a fun and encouraging environment.

Teen Strength Club with Coach Lindsay

Ages: 12 and up
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays | 4:00–4:50 PM

Session Dates:

July Session: July 6 – July 31 

August Session: August 3 – September 2 

FUN-damentals of Strength with Coach Katie

Ages: 8-12
Schedule: Wednesdays | 11:00–11:50 AM

Session Dates:

July Session: July 8 – July 29 

August Session: August 5 – September 2

Important Notes:

Small class sizes = limited spots available

Families are welcome to register for BOTH the July and August sessions, also your 2nd child will receive 10% off. Reach out for the discount!

Early registration is strongly encouraged as these classes typically fill quickly
