This month we celebrate the strength, courage, and resilience of survivors everywhere — and especially within the Black and African community, where family and unity are at the heart of healing.

This month reminds us that survivorship is not just about overcoming cancer, but about thriving, supporting one another, and raising awareness for better health.

Celebrate. Support. Raise Awareness.

This May, for Melanoma & Skin Cancer Awareness Month, let’s talk about skin health within Black communities.

Melanoma can look different on darker skin, often appearing on palms, soles, and nails, and is too frequently diagnosed at advanced stages. We can change that.
⭐️ Know the risks and symptoms
⭐️ Perform regular skin checks especially on the high risk areas like nails, palms and feet
⭐️ Early detection and treatment save lives

Help us spread hope and awareness!
Let’s take action together to ensure everyone receives the timely care they deserve. Please share this post to help make a difference! ❤️

Brain cancer does not discriminate — but too often, Black communities face later diagnoses, limited access to specialized care, and poorer outcomes.

This May, we raise awareness, encourage early attention to symptoms, and stand with every patient, survivor, caregiver, and family affected by brain cancer.

Persistent headaches, seizures, changes in vision, memory changes, and unexplained nausea should never be ignored.

Awareness saves lives. Early detection matters. Research gives hope.
