Hot days. Busy schedules. Summer plans evvvvverywhere. ☀️
You do NOT need a perfect week to make progress.
Start with the basics:
💧 Drink your water
🚶♀️ Move your body
🥗 Eat meals that actually keep you full (helloooo protein!)
😴 Get some sleep when you can
These little things may not feel exciting, but they are usually the things that keep you feeling your best.
So this week, skip the giant overhaul. Pick one or two things & actually do them. 👍🏻
