This week’s challenge: Build 1 meal with BOTH protein & produce on 4 days this week.

Doesn’t have to be every meal. Your day doesn’t have to be “perfect.” Just ONE solid, supportive meal on FOUR different days.

A few easy combos:
🍳 Eggs & fruit
🥗 Chicken on a salad
🥣 Greek yogurt & berries or apple
🌯 Wrap with protein & slaw mix
🍗 Lean meat with roasted vegetables

Practice building something that gives you protein for strength and produce for fiber, nutrients, & fullness.

📸 Post your proof in the comments with one of your protein & produce meals this week.

👇🏻 What combo are you starting with?

Weekends don’t need super strict rules, but they do need anchors. ⚓

An anchor is one small thing that keeps you from feeling like you completely drifted away from your goals.

Things like:
☕ protein before coffee
🚶‍♀️ walk after breakfast
💧 water before cocktails
🥗 a planned meal before the event
😴 decent bedtime at least one night

You can enjoy the weekend without needing Monday to “fix” it. Just a few steady choices that help you feel better when the weekend is over.

What’s your weekend anchor: protein, water, walk, sleep, or planned meal? 👇🏻

The “what’s for dinner?” question should qualify as a part-time job in September. 🍽️😅

Between school, work, practices, homework, appointments, & everyone needing fed again somehow 😅 dinner can become the thing that knocks your nutrition off track.

Pick 3 easy dinners you can repeat:
🍗 protein
🥔 carb
🥦 veggie
🧂 sauce or seasoning you actually like

Because when dinner is already decided, you’re way less likely to end up grazing, skipping, or ordering something because your brain is fried.

What are 3 dinners you could repeat this week? Drop one below & help another busy woman out. 🍲

This week, we’re giving your core a little extra attention. And noooooo I don’t mean doing 100 crunches. 😂

Your challenge: Add 5️⃣ minutes of intentional core work to 2️⃣ workouts this week.

Things like:
🐛 Dead bugs
🐕 Bird dogs
🪵 Planks
👜 Suitcase carries
↔️ Anti-rotation work

The goal is to build a core that helps you move better, lift stronger & feel more stable, not just feeling it when you sneeze or laugh the next day.

Control the movement. Add some resistance if you can.

📸 Post your proof in the comments with a workout screenshot, exercise photo/video, or sweaty selfie.

And tell me: what core exercise do you love… or absolutely hate? 😂

This month, the challenge is all about following through.

Your goal: Submit your weekly check-in for Weeks 36, 37, 38 & 39 ✅ That’s 4 chances to pause, reflect, adjust & keep moving.

Not every week is going to be perfect. But that’s not the point.

The check-in is where we catch what’s working, what’s slipping & what needs to change before one off week turns into three.

So even if the week felt messy… submit it anyway.
👉🏻 Especially then.

📸 Your proof is the check-in itself. No extra comment or screenshot needed for this challenge.

Who’s going 4 for 4 this month? Drop a ✅ below!

September is less about finding more motivation & more about practicing follow-through. 🍎💪🏻

The schedule gets fuller. School starts back up. Sports pick up. Evenings get busier. And suddenly the habits that felt easy in summer have to fit into real life again.

That’s what we’re working on this month at CFN:
✨ Practice following through
🏋🏻‍♀️ Build more stability & control
🥗 Put a little structure around meals
🚶🏻‍♀️ Remember that something still counts
📅 Create routines that actually work when life gets busy

BECAUSE WHAT YOU REPEAT MATTERS. 🔁

Not what you do perfectly for 3 days. Not the one “great” week. And not waiting until Monday to try again. The little things you keep returning to are what build the routine.

👇🏻 What’s ONE thing you want to practice following through on this month?

🇺🇸 Labor Day weekend is here & no, you do NOT need to “be good” all weekend or start over on Tuesday.

If you’ve ever gone into a BBQ starving, hovered by the dessert table, picked at food all day & ended the weekend feeling like garbage… this post is for you. 👀

You can ABSOLUTELY enjoy the burgers, drinks, sides & desserts without that miserable “I overdid it again” feeling.

A few simple shifts make a BIG difference:
🍗 front-load your protein
🍽️ make a plate instead of grazing
🚰 balance alcohol with water
🥗 bring one healthier dish
🍰 have the dessert- just enjoy it intentionally
🫶 focus on connection, not hovering by the food table

This is the kind of stuff that helps you feel like a normal human at a holiday weekend-not like you’re either “on track” or totally off the rails.

💾 SAVE this post before the cookouts start.

✈️ SHARE it with a friend who always says, “I’ll just start over Tuesday.”

💬And tell me in the comments: Which one is hardest for you at cookouts: grazing, dessert, or drinks?

Reminder: CFN is closed Monday & back to school hours begin Wednesday! 🏫

Long weekend loading… 🇺🇸☀️

And your reminder before Labor Day weekend hits:
You can enjoy the cookout without throwing your goals into the potato salad. 😜

Have the burger.
Eat the dessert.
Go to the picnic.
Enjoy your people.

Also:
💧 drink some water
🚶‍♀️ take a walk
🥗 get some protein in
😴 catch up on rest if you can
🏋️‍♀️ move before the weekend gets busy

Healthy habits are allowed to come with you into fun weekends.

What’s one thing you’re doing this weekend that supports future-you? ⬇️
