I fed Pearl last night and instead of removing half of it as “discard”, I started a second starter and named her after my Grandma Murray. So now I have Pearl and Helen and they have BOTH doubled in size already as of this morning!

From what I’m reading…..that’s a really good thing! 🤞🤞🤞
