💙 Help Us Celebrate Our Employees! 💙

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and Bates County Industries is excited to celebrate our amazing employees all month long!

We are asking our wonderful community and local businesses to help us make October extra special by donating small gifts or giveaway items for our employees. 🎁

Ideas include gift cards, snacks, cups, water bottles, T-shirts, hats, promotional items, or other small goodies.

No donation is too small! Every contribution helps us recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our employees.

💙 Thank you for supporting Bates County Industries and helping us celebrate the abilities and contributions of individuals with disabilities in the workplace!

🎉 EXCITING NEWS! 🎉

The rumors are TRUE — Bates County Industries has purchased The Pantry Thrift Store!

We plan to keep it a thrift store while creating new job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This will give our employees opportunities to build new skills, gain experience, and become even more involved in our community.

We do not have an official opening date yet, so please watch this page for updates.

📦 We kindly ask that all donations be held until we officially open.

We are excited for this new adventure and appreciate our community’s continued support and patience during this transition!

💙 Thank you for supporting Bates County Industries!
