✨The power of massage is real! ✨

I received a massage yesterday for my shoulder and I’m able to fully extend it today with no pain. I’ll receive another on Thursday. I’m praying by Monday I’ll be ready to start massaging again.

Due to a shoulder injury, I'll be taking some time to rest and heal. As a result, I will be canceling appointments for next week 8/11-8/14, while I focus on recovery.

This wasn't an easy decision, but I want to make sure I can return feeling my best and continue providing the quality of care you deserve.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and kind messages during this time. I'll keep everyone updated on when I'll be ready to get back to doing what I love.
