I have spent over 30 years of study and experience in chiropractic, fitness, wellness and nutrition to shape and mold my practice into what it is today. That is what you will get at Spear Total Health. In our practice you will see the beauty of healing and wellness for babies, kids, athletes, parents and older adults. We believe in the power of the adjustment to remove subluxations, improve health and provide wellness to all who seek it. If your need is health and weight management, recovery from an injury, prevention of injuries, better performance, or even anti-aging, we are the place.

2 of my patients are in Chiropractic school. On Friday, they both move from the classroom into the student clinic and start their journey seeing patients. We will be there to support them on this milestone day, and, the "white coat" ceremony for this major transition.
