Kim is a 500 EYT with years of experience as a yoga teacher. She received her 500 hour certification from Shoshoni Yoga School in Boulder, CO and has been teaching for 16 years. Kim teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Weights n Yoga, Yoga for Athletes,

Paddleboard Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Partner Yoga, Hiking Yoga, and Therapy Yoga. She is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage.

Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am I'm teaching yoga at Staudemeyer's Four Seasons Resort. This event is open to the public, please feel free to join us! $10 per person.

We have Morning Lakeside Yoga with Yoga By Kim every Monday and Thursday morning at 8:30am!

Classes are held outside on our front lawn and will be cancelled if raining. $10 per person, paid to Yoga instructor, Kim.

Please dress appropriately and bring a yoga mat along with anything else you may need like sunglasses, sun lotion, bug repellent, etc.
