Please help us welcome our newest therapist, Amy Wickliffe!

Amy Wickliffe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She is passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, school-related issues, and behavioral concerns.

Amy earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She takes an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

Amy is deeply committed to helping her clients feel seen, valued, and supported. She strives to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and recognize their inherent worth.

On April 27th, we had the privilege of meeting the two recipients of the inaugural Iris Empowerment scholarship ($2500 each) at an awards assembly to honor graduating scholars at Cabot High School.

Our first recipient is Miss Kaitlyn Carmical. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Mandee and Brandt Carmical. Kaitlyn was voted Ms. CHS! She is an AP scholar, a member of the Clinton Presidential Library Student Cohort, has served on the AR Children's Hospital Youth Advisory Council, Senator Boozeman's Youth Leadership Board, served as a representative in the AR Academy for Public Service Model Congress, and was selected to the leadership core for the 2025 First Electric Youth Tour Delegation. She is an active member of the CHS theatre program and Forensics and has been a part of White Christmas, Alice By Heart, Mary Poppins, To See the Stars, Silent Stars, and Mean Girls. Kaitlyn was recognized at the 2025 Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame banquet as an Arkansas Girl of Distinction. She plans on attending the University of Arkansas for Communications and Political Science. Congratulations Kaitlyn!

Our second recipient is Mr. James Henderson. James will be attending Harding University this fall. More information regarding James’s accomplishments and plans to be announced soon. Congratulations James!

We are so proud and cannot wait to see what the future holds!

We’re so excited to announce Emilee Cope has joined the Iris collective!!
Emilee Cope, LCSW, is a compassionate therapist with 8 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has a strong background in supporting individuals with serious medical diagnoses, depression, anxiety, trauma, and family conflict.

Emilee is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth, empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges. She utilizes a cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment approach, and has additional training in EMDR and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

A proud Cabot native and Cabot High School alumna, Emilee now resides in Austin with her husband and daughter. When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and with family.

We’re thrilled to announce Kaci Miller, LPC, has joined the Iris Counseling collective!!

Kaci Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has spent several years working with a high concentration of families and children experiencing trauma, supporting their mental health needs throughout child maltreatment investigations in a Children’s Advocacy Center. She also has experience working with children who have engaged in problematic sexual behavior and their caregivers. Kaci is passionate about spending time with people of all ages, listening to stories and making connections, while kindly challenging comfort zones after having spent time building trust. Her approach tends to be cognitive behavioral and she considers herself compassionately trauma-informed and an LGBTQIA+ ally.

Kaci has been married to her partner for 12 years, and they have two children and a variety of pets with fur, feathers, and scales. She enjoys traveling with her people, learning new things, cooking when she doesn’t have to, reading, and writing.

We are excited to announce Kayla Carter, LPC, has joined the Iris collective!

Kayla Carter is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that believes in helping others find their strengths to promote healing and achievement. She started her journey as a middle school teacher, then obtained her counseling degree from Harding University in 2020. She has worked with children, adolescents, teens, and families struggling to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and life changes. She works to help strengthen the familial bond and individual skills to foster positive relationships and self-love. She uses a cognitive behavioral and person centered approach to provide an individualized experience.

Kayla has been married for 10 years and has 3 children. She enjoys reading, coloring, puzzles, shopping, traveling, sports, and fall weather.
