The past few weeks have filled my heart in every way! IVs at BREW YAYA Kitchen + Coffee, the sweetest flowers from a client, so much love and support from this little community I’m blessed to serve.
In the middle of it all, I got to step away for my girl… her field trip, her field day, those little moments that remind me why balance matters so much. I also pushed hard toward my goals and I’m telling you, the Spectrum Light Bed and Cryo were a game changer. If you haven’t stopped by AR Refresh Wellness in Cabot or Sherwood, you are truly missing out!

I’ll be stepping away May 15–19 taking a few days to rest, breathe, and reset before summer gets busy.
Your kindness, your trust, your encouragement.. it all means more than you know! You’ve poured into me this week, and now I’m taking a moment to refill my own cup so I can come back ready for a beautiful season with you.

I feel so blessed! Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Letting me be both a nurse and a momma is the best! 🤍🩶🖤

This week has already been such a blessing. My schedule has been full, and my heart is overwhelmed with joy! I’m so thankful for every single client who continues to trust me with their wellness.

Today I’m out of reach and soaking up a special field trip with my beautiful girl. These are the moments I’ll never get back, and I’m grateful for the flexibility this business gives me to be present for her.

Thank you for keeping me busy, supported, and surrounded by the best community! I’ll respond to messages as soon as I’m back. 🤍🩶🖤

Swap one thing you normally buy at a chain for a local option.
