I want to take a moment to thank Kyle and April for allowing me to operate out of AR Refresh Wellness over the past year. I’m grateful for the opportunity we had to trade services, support each other’s brands, and serve so many wonderful clients together.

I’ll be working from a different location. Thrive Wellness is still very much here in Cabot, still growing, and still serving our amazing community.

Whew… it’s been a week, but we’re not sitting in the hard stuff! We’re celebrating the good! 🤍 Always! 🙌🏻 Y’all showed up with it in the sweetest ways.

A few of my clients walked in with some of the best pie I’ve ever eaten (shoutout to Pea Farm Bistro for blessing my whole day). They even brought ginger treats from Sage Tea & Treats and let me tell you… my clients have been raving! Regina and I were starving yesterday so I picked us up a treat. Let me just say, you will never be disappointed by their biscuits. Stuffed with bacon, cheese, and egg… pure perfection. The salmon was out of this world, and the service? Always so friendly, always so welcoming! Small‑town love at its finest. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor — Chef Wayne never misses.

While we’re talking about local favorites — a big thank you to K&J Mechanical Central AR. If anyone has heat, air, or plumbing issues, these are truly great people to work with. They hooked our church right up, and even in the middle of summer I have to wear a jacket inside! Reliable service, kind folks, and always there when you need them. Thank you for your business Taylor Keith!
