“Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6-7)

5 STEPS TO OVERCOME ANXIETY

(Anxiety is a result of an overwhelmed nervous system more than weakness.)

STEP ONE: SLOW DOWN YOUR LIFE
(An overwhelmed schedule often creates an overwhelmed nervous system)

STEP TWO: TALK TO GOD HONESTLY
(Prayer releases burdens that were never meant to be carried alone)

STEP THREE: REST YOUR MIND ON TRUTH
(Fear grows when your mind feeds on worst-case scenarios instead of God’s promises)

STEP FOUR: CARE FOR YOUR BODY
(Fatigue, stress, and exhaustion can intensify anxiety and emotional strain.)

STEP FIVE: STOP FIGHTING TOMORROW TODAY
(Grace is given for today’s burdens- not imaginary future disasters.)

“You don’t have to have it all together to take the next right step” Harold Vaughan

I hope the devotional thought I shared today is a blessing to you. I know none of us ever have anxiety over anything, but perhaps you can share it with someone who does 😊.
The truth is we all do, and I am glad God loves us and wants to help us when we get that way. May we be like the psalmist who said “when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (Psalm 61:2)

What is home health care? If this is a topic you've heard the title of or something you've found yourself searching up the meaning of, you're not the only one.

Home health care is medical care delivered directly to our patients in their homes. Provided by licensed professionals, such as registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists and more, this type of care is prescribed by a doctor and allows patients to receive the care they need while safely recovering at home. People heal faster at home, with familiar surroundings lowering stress levels, making home health care an option that makes a real difference in a patient's recovery.

WHAT PRAISE DOES

1. Praise Magnifies God
(It lifts His name high above every circumstance.)
(Psalm 34:3)

2. Praise Strengthens Faith
(It builds courage and keeps us trusting in Him.)
(Acts 16:25-26)

3. Praise Shifts Perspective
(It turns our focus from our problems to His promises.)
(Isaiah 61:3)

4. Praise Silences Complaining
(It fills the heart with gratitude, not grumbling.)
(Philippians 2:14-15)

5. Praise Invites God’s Presence
(It opens the door for His peace and power to move.)
(Psalm 22:3)

6. Praise Prepares the Heart for Victory
(It positions us to see God fight our battles.)
(2 Chronicles 20:22)

“Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. (Psalm 150:6)
