The subconscious mind learns through repetition and association. It doesn't know the difference between fantasy and reality. Think of your mind as a super computer that stores every thought, belief, emotion and experiences held about yourself. The main function of the subconscious mind is to keep you safe, sound, secure, protected and alive. Think of your body as an engine that needs daily maintenance to thrive. Your mind, body and spirit need to work cohesively together to function with optimal performance. When one aspect is out of tune, it affects the entirety of your being. Turn the ship around and direct your thoughts to benefit you. Surround yourself with positivity and reduce the amount of time spent with negative people, situations and media because energy is contagious. Train your mind to believe you will have a great day, month, year and life. This is attainable and begins with awareness, living in the present moment and the willingness to improve. Shift your perspective by believing you have the ability, fortitude and strength to improve your state of mind.
