COVID-19 RELIEF

As an Epidemiologist, I have been providing two types of programs to help everyone during this ongoing distressing Pandemic

First, there is an exercise for stress reduction. There are 3 parts:

1-Experience Guided Imagery- to relax your body ( this is not religious in any way.)

2-Meditation- to relax your mind. ( Learn how to meditate specifically for you !)

3-(optional) Pray

er- ask your Higher Power for help-to renew your spirit. Next date: Feb 13 10-11 AM EST
and Feb 14 2-3PM EST
