A Friendly Reminder of Our Cancellation Policy 🤎
Over the past few weeks, we've experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, so we wanted to kindly remind everyone of our cancellation policy.

We completely understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding when circumstances are beyond your control.

However, when appointments are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, it doesn't just affect our small business—it directly impacts our therapists. Our therapists reserve that time specifically for you, and if you don't show up, they lose that appointment and do not get paid.

Your appointment time is valuable, and so is our therapists' time. Giving at least 24 hours' notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client who may be waiting.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for helping us support the talented therapists who care for you every day. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. 💛
