Welcome home to Calico Rock! It's an exciting weekend with the All School Reunion at 9, Rodeo Parade at 11, and Rodeo at 8, and the free concert in the VFW afterwards.

Park Street and Highway 56 from the pharmacy to Main Street will be closed at 11:00 a.m. for the parade. Expect closures around the pharmacy for about 15-20 minutes this morning and around Main Street until around 11:30 a.m. The community appreciates your patience during the parade.

Thanks to the school reunion committee, Lions Club members, Rand Rodeo Co, Izard County Sheriff's Office, and our city workers for making this a great weekend. We appreciate all you do for our community.

Many people wonder why Calico Rock is so special...Tyler Lewis is one of those reasons! Tyler has achieved so much, but his greatest success is in the man he is day to day, living life through his values--hard work, kindness, respect, honor, and helping those around us. A few years ago, Tyler began Buckin' On The Rock and he could have held that anywhere, but he wanted to hold it in his hometown because our community had made a difference in his life. We're really proud to be able to partner with Tyler in presenting this annual event and we're really proud of the success that Tyler has earned.
