Protein Tea Recipe

Here’s how I make my collagen protein tea recipe that gives me an easy 14 grams of protein per serving! I use the unflavored Equip Foods unflavored collagen protein which is free from gluten, dairy, whey, soy, and any fillers or additives. It comes from grass-fed cows and is a great way to support your skin and joints.

I used:
1 scoop unflavored collagen protein
12 ounces hot water (heated to about 150 degrees F)
1-2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut beverage (or your choice of milk)

The collagen dissolves easily in hot liquids and has no flavor.

Comment “recipe” and I’ll DM you the link! This fresh Pineapple Ginger Juice is sweet, tangy, and so refreshing with pineapple, cucumber, ginger, and lime. Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme studied for digestive and anti-inflammatory properties, while ginger is well known for its potential nausea-soothing benefits.

Make it in a juicer or blender for an easy homemade juice that tastes bright, tropical, and naturally hydrating.

How to Cut a Fresh Pineapple (So Easy)! 🍍😃

Here’s the easiest way to cut a fresh pineapple without wasting half the fruit. You can also save money by not buying the pre-cut or canned pineapple.

1. Wash the pineapple to remove any dirt or debris
2. Slice off the top and bottom
3. Stand it upright and trim off the skin in strips
4. Cut out the brown “eyes” if needed
5. Slice into quarters lengthwise
6. Remove the tough core
7. Chop into chunks or spears
8. Store in a covered container for up to 5 days or so.

Fresh pineapple is naturally sweet, juicy, and packed with vitamin C. Once you learn how to cut it yourself, it’s way cheaper and tastes so much better than pre-cut containers from the store.
