~ TYR PRO SERIES, SACRAMENTO ~
Back from an incredible stretch in California with the High Performance Centre Vancouver group 🇨🇦🏊♂️
We kicked things off with a training camp in Chula Vista, putting in quality work and building momentum before heading to Sacramento for the TYR Pro Series. Lots of fast racing, great energy, and exciting performances from the athletes as we continue sharpening things up for Swimming Trials this July in Montreal.
I always love working with the HPC Van crew — every camp and competition pushes me to grow as a therapist and person.
Grateful for the athletes, staff, and environment that make these experiences so rewarding.
