People ask me all the time what my secret is.
Honestly, I don’t think I have one.
The irony is that most people would rather spend 20 hours looking for a secret than spend 20 hours taking care of their clients.
My business has been built by returning texts, scheduling a block of time to ACTUALLY focus on one client at a time- solving problems, staying visible, and being there after the sale. When you consistently help people, they tell their friends and family. Those referrals turn into more clients, who then send more referrals.
It’s not flashy.
It’s not a hack.
It’s not some magic sales script.
It’s communication, trust, consistency, and showing up day after day, year after year.
The “secret” is that there really isn’t one.
Take care of people, and they’ll take care of you.
