📣 A Friendly Reminder to My Clients: Communication Matters

I truly care about my clients and I’m always happy to help when issues come up with your health insurance.

But here’s the reality:

If you don’t tell me there’s a problem, I have no way of knowing one exists.

I can’t fix a claim issue, billing error, or coverage concern that I haven’t been made aware of.

Sometimes clients call frustrated and assume I already know what’s going on behind the scenes. The truth is, insurance companies do not notify me every time something happens with your policy.

If something doesn’t look right:

* You received a bill you weren’t expecting
* A claim was denied
* Your prescription cost seems too high
* You have questions about your coverage
