✨ LET’S TALK DEPOSITS ✨

Because apparently it’s time for a little ✨ deposit refresher ✨

Your deposit is what officially reserves your appointment with your artist.

📌 No deposit = no appointment.

If we send you available dates and you choose one, that date is NOT YOURS until your deposit is paid. Until then, that spot is still available to someone else.

💰 Your deposit DOES go toward the cost of your tattoo. It isn’t an extra fee added on top of your appointment total.

🎨 We do not begin working on/drawing your tattoo until your deposit has been paid.

⏰ Your deposit protects the time we’ve reserved specifically for you and helps protect our artists from last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show your appointment, your deposit is FORFEITED.

We absolutely understand that life happens! Emergencies come up, plans change, kids get sick — just communicate with your artist. We’re human too. 🖤

But please remember: our time is valuable, just like yours. When we reserve several hours of our day for an appointment, that’s time we’ve committed specifically to you.

So one more time for the people in the back:

✨ Choosing a date does not reserve it.
✨ Talking about a date does not reserve it.
✨ Your deposit reserves it. ✨

Seriously, THANK Y’ALL for continuing to show up for us month after month. 🥹 You come in, spill the tea on everything happening in your lives, make us laugh until our stomachs hurt, and somehow manage to keep us on our toes ALL. DAY. LONG. 😂

The tattoos are obviously the point… but the chaos, conversations, stories, laughs, and getting to hang out with all of you are what make these flash days so damn fun.

We appreciate every single person who walks through the doors and continues to support Black Rabbit Tattoo. 🖤
