We give so easily. Our time, our energy, our presence — to our families, our communities, our students, our friends.

Welcome back to chanting this ancient illuminating mantra together. Some of you have chanted with me before, some of you might have just completed the “Many Paths One Mountain” course by Love Serve Remember OR maybe you are completely new to chanting mantra. All fine. No experience required.

The Gayatri mantra might be one of this most widely practiced mantras by over time in India. This enduring practice supports clarity of mind and openness of heart.

We will be reciting this mantra in Veda method, not singing with music. This type of japa is a way to enter into a meditative stillness by employing sound, breath, and, voice.
