There is usually a moment when the tiredness stops feeling temporary.
You have had it for so long that it just became your baseline. You stopped expecting to wake up feeling rested. You built your whole morning routine around managing exhaustion instead of recovering from it.
That is the point most people finally ask if something is actually wrong.
At Sleep Disorder Center we hear this all the time. Patients who spent two, three, sometimes five years assuming their fatigue was just the cost of a busy life. Who never connected the daily brain fog, the afternoon crashes, and the morning exhaustion to what was happening while they slept.
Sleep disorders like sleep apnea do not always make themselves obvious. They work quietly overnight. And the symptoms they leave behind look a lot like stress, aging, or not taking good enough care of yourself.
