Hi! I’m looking for 6 individuals who are wanting to focus on having a more peaceful restorative gentle life. The spring according to TCM is the time of the liver. We may feel more agitated, irritable, sensitive, overwhelmed during this season. -As the sun begins to shine brighter the heat begins to rise leading to anxiety, higher blood pressure, restless nights, and feeling stuck in our day to day life. I would love to help 6 individuals with 6 weekly acupuncture sessions to feel more peaceful, calm, grounded, and connected in life with these seasonal changes. -The sessions will include easy breath work, guided meditation, and herbs to help the liver adjust easier with the spring time season. 6 weekly sessions for $900.
