If you want to end a conversation or you don’t want to talk to someone, tell them you’re vegan. They’ll likely walk away.

I think most people can agree that torturing animals is not cool.

But most people are unwilling to give up the dead co**se on their plate.

That was me 6 years ago.
I was able to shelf the idea of how animals got in my grocery store in the first place.

I thought I needed meat for protein, eggs for health, dairy for calcium.

I didn’t know how to eat if I wasn’t eating the standard western way.

I chose this path because I deeply love animals and didn’t want them harmed. I learned enough in the decade before to know the health benefits and environmental impact as well.

I had no idea of the healing impact that would occur inside my own body.

Lifelong autoimmune diseases, chronic illnesses, pain, rashes, mood disorders, stiff, swollen joints, break outs, chronic fatigue, no energy, restless legs, poor circulation, horrible PMS.

Fixed with nutrients. Plants. No animals products.

I know the word vegan has negative connotations. But why?

I’d really like to know why?

Is it a lack of understanding?
Is it because it makes you feel bad about your own choices?

I used to just think vegans must be weirdos. I don’t know why I thought that. I didn’t know any vegans.

Now I know a bunch and they are vibrant, caring, compassionate humans.
Living regular lives. Just more cruelty free and healthier.

There’s no down side to choosing compassion.

There are upsides to going plant based.

If you aren’t afraid of eating plants and being more compassionate, join me to reverse your autoimmune disease and be pain free and full of energy.

Recipes, we all think we need recipes.

Don’t get me wrong, I love recipes. I follow recipes. Heck I created 3 recipe books myself!

But in reality, you don’t need elaborate new recipes to stay on track with your health goals.

You just need to eat nutritious food.

Simplifying your time in the kitchen could be your secret weapon to kicking those autoimmune symptoms to the curb.

Just think: eating foods that support you, create cellular repair, and boost your nutrients without causing inflammation.

No more red, swollen, painful joints.
No more bumpy, itchy, rashy, reactive skin.
No more constant tiredness and needing to rest on the couch.

Now, if you enjoy being in the kitchen then by all means whip up something fancy.

Just know it’s not necessary all the time in order to feel good.
