Health is the health category winner at Blue Earth Summit’s !

A few words from our Founder, Istvan Petak: “We must turn this win into a win against cancer. This win must belong to all cancer patients, researchers, and physicians who battle this disease, which we want to eradicate from humanity’s future forever.

Can we solve cancer with mathematics? Our mission is to prove that logical, mathematical reasoning, powered by computation, will finally crack the code of cancer.

This is why we have built Genomate for all of us.

30 years of research in cancer genomics and molecular pharmacology is the input; the output must be the right drug for each patient and the right patients for clinical development.

It was an honor to share the stage with outstanding companies that make this world a better place: ATRO Medical, FEYENALLY, IQ SENSE TECHNOLOGY, Kresko RNAtech, Labfly, MyCelsius, Self Space, SFA Therapeutics, and Upfront Diagnostics.

Thank you to the Blue Earth organizers and judges for recognizing the potential of our work. From 1,414 applicants across all industries, Genomate Health was selected among the BE100 and the 10 health finalists. To come away as the category winner is a moment I’ll remember. It was amazing to be among enthusiastic, optimistic innovators who believe human intelligence and creativity will conquer the challenges humanity faces.

Above all, thank you to the Genomate Health team. I was the one on stage, but this win belongs to all of you. Those three minutes carried years of research, hard questions, and persistence, and none of it happens without you 👏

We’re heading to - European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026 in Madrid, October 23–27!

Edit Varkondi, PhD, Head of Diagnostic Strategy and Services, and Julia Deri, Precision Oncology Expert and Head of the Virtual Molecular Tumor Board, will represent our Oncompass Medicine, a Genomate Health company team.

Their work centers on a question that connects cancer research to everyday care: what does the available molecular evidence mean for this patient’s treatment options? We’ve made the 2026 BE100! 🚀

From 1,414 applications, just 100 companies have been selected, and we’re one of them. This is a huge milestone for our team: recognition of the business we’re building and its potential to transform the way the world works.

Next week, we’ll take to the stage at Blue Earth Summit, pitching live for investment opportunities through BE100 Fund II and meeting investors, industry experts and potential partners who could help us take our next big step.

“What are my options?”

Behind this question is someone trying to make sense of a diagnosis, weighing a difficult decision, or facing the news that their breast cancer has returned. Someone with people they love and plans they still want to make. They deserve time, thoughtful answers, and a willingness to look again.

Sometimes, that means another expert perspective on their diagnosis and treatment plan. In research, it can mean revisiting a drug that fell short and asking whether a deeper understanding of tumor biology could reveal potential for a different group of patients.
Neither guarantees the answer someone hopes for. But both reflect a commitment to taking their question seriously and examining the possibilities with care.

This , we’re thinking of everyone living with breast cancer and those beside them. You are the reason the work toward clearer answers and better options matters, and why we, at Genomate Health, keep looking at possibilities that may have been overlooked.

For someone diagnosed with prostate cancer, one of the most important questions is: “What does this diagnosis mean for me?”

The answer goes beyond the name of the disease. Molecular differences between tumors can influence how cancer behaves, how it responds to treatment, and how resistance develops over time.

Cancer care can involve complex decisions across diagnosis, treatment and long-term management. Each step depends on bringing the right information together and interpreting it in the context of the individual patient.

This World Patient Safety Day, WHO is focusing on “Safe care for noncommunicable diseases,” including cancer. For precision oncology, patient safety also means looking beyond isolated findings: considering the complete molecular context, potential resistance signals, available evidence and the patient’s clinical history when evaluating treatment options.

Better-informed decisions are an important part of safer care.

According to the 2026 Global Patient Survey on Lymphoma & CLL, 62% of people said they were well or very well informed about the processes and stages of care. This is important when making informed treatment decisions.

But for those who aren’t well informed, patient organisations help guide patients and care partners as they navigate treatment through support groups and educational resources.

For World Lymphoma Awareness Day 2026, the Lymphoma Coalition is bringing the global community together around “Navigating Lymphoma and CLL Together”, recognizing the importance of trusted information, support and guidance throughout diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. Sometimes, that also means seeking another perspective.
