🎾 What an incredible afternoon on — and off — the court!
This past weekend, Passion Dental hosted our Pickleball & Mingle event at BOSSE in Natick, MA, bringing together our amazing doctors, team members, and their families — including kids, spouses, and friends.

What started as a laid-back gathering quickly turned into a fun-filled afternoon of laughter, connection, and surprise competitiveness. Whether playing or cheering from the sidelines, everyone brought the energy and made unforgettable memories.
It was especially meaningful to spend time with everyone’s loved ones — to share stories, laughs, and quality time outside of work. Getting to know each other beyond the clinic walls only makes our community stronger.

As our CEO & Founder, Dr. Patrick Assioun put it best:
“I thought we’d have a nice balance of snacking and socializing... but next thing I knew, everyone was battling it out on the courts like it was the finals. I love it!”

In a profession where we give so much to others, it’s moments like these that help us reconnect, recharge, and build a stronger, more united dental community.

This Friday at Yankee Dental Congress' Multi-Site Summit, Passion Dental's Chief Compliance/ Hygiene Officer, Erin O'Neil Kierce, RDH, MS, MPH, will moderate a panel discussing dental hygiene operations within DSOs. The panel will discuss the importance of hygiene representation within DSO leadership, how DSOs can effectively measure success and maintain quality, and the logistics surrounding staffing and retention.

Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Passion Dental Services, Dr. Patrick Assioun, graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with a residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He also received a Master of Medical Sciences degree in oral biology from the faculty of medicine at Harvard University. In 2001, Dr Assioun was awarded the « Harvard Award of Clinical Excellence » in Orthodontics, one of the most prestigious awards granted by the Harvard Society of Advancement in Orthodontics.

He then graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with a residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He also received a Master of Medical Sciences degree in oral biology from the faculty of medicine at Harvard University. In 2001, Dr Assioun was awarded the « Harvard Award of Clinical Excellence » in Orthodontics, one of the most prestigious awards granted by the Harvard Society of Advancement in Orthodontics.

Dr. Assioun holds high clinical standards and is driven to help & train every supported dentist to be the best they can be so that they can deliver optimal dental care to their patients.
