Okay hear me out…. Virtual pelvic PT works. I was a skeptic because we are taught to USE OUR HANDS in school and honestly I think we rely on that too much.

And if we rely on it, then our patients do as well and that’s not the point.

The point is to create an outcome where you as the patient don’t need me anymore and to be so confident in what you’ve gained and to have those skills in your toolbox to overcome hardships in the future.
