📣 A Friendly Reminder About Appointments

We are incredibly grateful for the support our community has shown Community Care Women’s Health & Gynecology. At this time, our schedule is booked through the end of the year for new patient appointments, and with Erin currently being our only provider, we are doing our very best to accommodate as many women in our area as possible.

Because appointments are limited and many women are waiting several months for their first visit, we kindly ask that you please be considerate of others who are waiting for care.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

When someone does not show up for an appointment or cancels without adequate notice, it affects more than our small business. It also means an appointment that another woman has been waiting months for goes unused.

For new patients:
If you have never been seen in our office and no-call/no-show for your appointment, we will allow one opportunity to reschedule at our next available new-patient opening, which may be several months away. If you no-call/no-show a second time, we will unfortunately be unable to accept you as a patient in our practice.

For established patients:
Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling, or not showing up for a scheduled appointment without calling, may result in a $25 late-cancellation/no-show fee.

We completely understand that unexpected situations happen. We simply ask that you communicate with us as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so we have an opportunity to offer that time to another patient who needs care. We do have a wait list, and the girls are great about calling the patients and filling those appointment times - if we know in advance.

As a new, locally owned small business, we want to continue growing while providing excellent care to as many women in our community as possible. Keeping appointments—or giving us adequate notice when you cannot—helps us do that.

Thank you so much for your understanding, consideration, and continued support of our practice. 💗

🌟 Celebrating our Amazing Addy! 🌟

We are so grateful for an incredible summer with Addy who brought dedication, positivity, and hard work to everything she did! 💙

She headed back to college for her junior year of nursing school and we couldn’t be more proud of all she is accomplishing. 🩺📚 And when she’s not hitting the books or caring for others, you can find her on the golf course representing the Malone University golf team! ⛳️

Balancing nursing school, collegiate golf, and work takes an incredible amount of commitment—and she continues to impress us every step of the way.

Thank you for making this summer so special. We’re cheering you on as you take on another exciting year! Go be amazing! 💙⛳️🩺
