A little look at what we’ve been up to at Wholehearted Studio. 🖤

Between offering Reiki at the 302 Wellness Summit and our class gathering for Gather What We Grow, this week gave me so many moments of connection.

There’s something special about watching someone give themselves permission to rest, hearing what people are discovering about themselves, and making room for creativity and honest conversation.

I love my one-on-one work, and I love getting out into the community, sharing what I do, and bringing people together.

Thank you to everyone who stopped for Reiki, joined our gathering, or shared a little of themselves. You’re the reason I love this work.

Well, look who’s in the spotlight! ✨

Wholehearted Studio has been featured by Infused Lights in their Light Network Spotlight, and yes I’m taking a minute to celebrate this despite not being a big fan of being in the Spotlight.

I do put a lot of myself into this work. The conversations, the classes, the sessions, the books it all comes from wanting people to understand themselves more deeply and feel supported as they figure out what comes next.

So being seen and having that work shared with a wider community. That means something to me. This work IS about community, mutual support, connection because yes we are all ONE.

Thank you, Infused Lights, for shining a little light on what we’re building here. And thank YOU for being part of it. Whether you’ve walked through my studio door, taken a class, or shared my work with someone who needed it you’ve helped this grow. 🖤
