Hi, my name is Ashley and two years ago, I quit my full time job and bought Kettlebell Cookery with a dream and a prayer (and a lot of support from my husband and family pictured below.) I believe in fueling our bodies with delicious and healthy foods, but I’m also a mom with two kids who have played every single sport available in our area. Needless to say, I understand quick fixes for dinner and running out the door with a snack and an iced coffee in the morning. I wanted to continue to provide my community with healthy, fresh, portion controlled meals, ready to heat and eat. Over the past two years I have tried different things, some have been successful and some have not, but I plan on continuing to bring you delicious meals and keep on trying new things for as long as you’ll have me. Thankful to provide lunch today to the staff at my church and for the staff of The Bridge Homeschool Program. Food is my love language and it’s my honor to show my appreciation to them.

I spent all night working on our emailing system last night.

Did you get an email from us?? We will not be emailing out weekly menus with links to order. This email system has been with kettlebell through its entire lifespan as best as I can tell, so if you are a past customer welcome back! You can always unsubscribe but then you might have FOMO 🤷🏼‍♀️🤪.
