This time of year, everyone’s talking about New Year’s resolutions.
Join a gym.
Get in shape.
Be more disciplined.
And by February… most of them are gone.
One of the best decisions you can make for yourself is showing up to F3.
This isn’t a gym membership you forget about.
There’s no contract.
No mirrors.
No excuses.
What you get instead: • Free workouts
• Built-in accountability
• Men who notice when you don’t show
• Men who help you when life gets heavy
• Brotherhood that goes far beyond fitness
At a gym, nobody cares if you quit.
At F3, someone will text you.
Someone will check on you.
Someone will stand next to you in the dark and say, “Let’s go.”

Saturday Mornings
• Stover workouts – Stover Park — 6:00 AM
• Bagnell Dam workouts — Parking lot across from Neon Taco — 7:00 AM
You don’t need to be in shape to start.
You don’t need to be fast or strong.
You just need to show up.
