Registration for the Firecracker 5K is open! 🧨🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍➡️🧨 Open to all ages, and trophies will be awarded for winners in each age group. Abundant Health is proud to be one of the sponsors and will be participating in the race; we hope you will join us!

Ladies, when we say we have something for everyone, we really mean it!

✅Are you just starting out and looking to build strength, but have limited mobility? We have a seated resistance band session that's ideal for you!

✅Do you struggle with your balance? We have a Tai Chi class for that!

✅ Are you curious about Yoga? We have 3 different classes, including a seated class for those who struggle performing the poses.

✅Do you need relief from tight muscles? We have a fabulous STRETCH session 2 nights a week!

✅Burdened by stress or looking for a more intense workout? Try Kickboxing or our HIIT class!

Join us for CORE class tomorrow (Saturday) at 9:00am!

Why is it important to build a healthy core? A strong core improves balance, stability, posture, athletic performance, and reduces the risk of injury while supporting everyday movements. Most everyday activities, like bending over to tie your shoes, lifting objects, reaching overhead, or even sitting at a desk, depend on core strength. A well-developed core acts as a shock absorber for your spine and joints, reducing strain during high-impact activities like running or lifting. It also protects against lower back pain, a common issue for many adults, by supporting spinal alignment and distributing forces more evenly across the body.

Our CORE class consists of 12 different core movements, done in 40-second intervals with a 20-second rest period between each one. We do 2 rounds and finish off with some gentle stretching. Movements include dead bugs, leg lifts, glute bridges, pelvic tilts, and only one plank per round. 😄 All movements can be modified as needed. Sign up on the FIT app or website to join us!

HAPPY FRIDAY! This has been the looooongest week! I'm ready for a weekend filled with hot air balloons and fun activities at the Hot Air Affair.

JOIN US FOR TONE CLASS TOMORROW MORNING AT 9:00am. TONE is a moderate-intensity Zumba class that uses light weights for some of the songs and is a LOT of fun. You won't even feel like you're working out!

☀️ HELLO JUNE! It's finally time for the summer calendar! ☀️ We've got some new and exciting classes coming up, along with a great summer incentive program! Check out what's going on in June! ⤵

☯️ We have a beginner Tai Chi class on Wednesdays at 9:15am. This class is great for improving your balance and reducing the risk of falls.

🥊 Our KBOX Boot Camp begins June 2nd! Join us to learn kickboxing basics and increase your cardiovascular health!

🔥 CORE class is returning to the Saturday rotating schedule. Core strengthening and gentle stretching are the focus of this 45-minute session. Try it out on 6/13!

🏋️‍♀️ Our LIFT session is a great alternative to circuit training. Go through a guided dumbbell circuit instead of using the machines. You can complete your workout anytime during the allotted time frame.
