Our 6th Annual Poker Run that took place last Saturday, May 30 couldn't happen without the help of friends. Thank you Jamie (Advisory Board member) and her daughter Aime, and my friend Candice. These ladies help make the sandwiches, sell rafflet ickets and help with registration, and carry coolers and boxes of door prizes and raffle items. And, they have done this year after year! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

Poker Run Family. They have joined us every year!!! Sometimes they bring their dogs and the kids too, but they ride in a car. It's a family affair and we appreciate their continued loyal support!
See you next year!
Picture descriptions: One picture is of the family sitting at a table at the Stateline Bar & Grill having dinner. The other two pictures show the very unique side car that allows one family member to join in ride!

While on our Poker Run yesterday, this sweet couple shared with me the following:
He looks forward to this run every year. It is his absolute favorite. He looks for the January 1st email announcing the date and times so that he can request the weekend off from work.
And she shared with me that she is after him "Did you get the email yet? Did you get the email yet?" As soon as the email arrives, she puts in for her time off too. They told me that they wouldn't miss our Poker Run for anything!
I wish I could write this with the enthusiasm that they shared their story with me....but I think you get the drift.
We love them and they love us! Thanks folks and see you next year! BTW.....the date is May 29, 2027!!!!

Saturday was our 6th annual Poker Run. The day started off rather chilly, but by lunch we were warming up. It was another great ride and a very successful fundraiser for camp. Many thanks to all who have joined us, wether it was your first time or your 6th! We love you all!

Photos show motorcycles parked outside of Montezuma Mexican Restaurant and the Enterprise Bar & Grill. Sorry no pictures of Blondies Trophy Room, Flying Bear Pizzeria and Stateline Bar & Grill. We were too busy to take pictures! Other pictures show participants sitting under a park ramada or on the grass eating lunch. One picture shows the yummy sandwiches that were donated by Dolores Food Market, P&D Grocery and The Depot. THANKS!!! Other pictures show all the motorcycles lined up at the top of Lizard Head Pass. Another pictures shows the beautiful blue Trout Lake. There are several pictures of buildings in Rico and a picture of the US flag looking up into blue sky and clouds.
