オリジナルのレシピはトマトを湯むきしますが、忙しいご時世、トマトの缶詰🍅で…
夏なので、大好きなナスも角切りにして投入…
コツは、水っぽくならないように、トマトの水分をベースに、でも焦げないように、必要であれば水分を足していって…
もったりとした感じに仕上げます…
冷えるともっと形にしやすくなって、カレーパンの中身として入れるにはちょうどいい感じに…

Our family’s one of the favorite: Curry Pan(roll)! 🍛
Actually… this original recipe is came from my junior high school’s home economics class!! It was one of the cooking experiment!
I cooked for my family after class since & they loved(specially my brotha!) it! So.. once awhile my mom asking me to make one when I lived wz them…

I twisted little bit about recipe!
•instead peel tomato skin, skip those process & I just used crashed tomato can 🍅
•it’s summer time! I added cut 1/2 inch cube eggplant (..that my FAVORITE 😍) too!
•most liquid is from tomato & veggies but if necessary, add little bit of H2O, so not too thick but not too runny…(specially if you want to wrap this to make curry pan/bread too)…

Kumamoto is my sister family living there..
I quickly sent text and find out there are ok…. Gratefully, there are ok but house got some damage …. She told us that she is making a lot of ONIGIRI riceballs 🍙 & filling H2O in their bathtub for emergency situation …
I’m praying for all Kumamoto people get help soon specially it is super hot summer weather without power outages.🙏

一昨日の朝、母は違えど妹だと思ってる大好きな人から「熊本にて大地震」とLINE入り、即座に熊本に住むイモート家族にLINE入れてみた… 彼女の家は一番被害の大きかったところから少し離れていたため、家にいろいろ被害が出たものの家族は皆無事との回答… ほっとした… 取り急ぎお風呂に水貯めて、おにぎり大量に作ろうか…って話してました…

この度の熊本地震で被災された皆さまに、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
一日も早い安寧が戻ることをお祈り申し上げます。
次々と入る被害の大きさに、心を痛めています。復興祈願…ということで、微力ながらご支援が出来たらと考えてます。

This wonderful Shodo(Japanese calligraphy) student’s last class day…
He brought me this beautiful embroidery art for me 💓 He told me he made this and I am soooo grateful his kindness and working hard for his passion for learning Shodo…

この男の子も然り… ご家族が引っ越すとのことで、この日が最後の書道クラスの参加でした。
最後にプレゼントをいただきました🎁
彼がひと針ひと針塗った刺繍のアート…
本当に心がこもったプレゼントをありがとうございます。
いつもクラスで一生懸命書と向き合う彼は本当に素晴らしかった…
これからも引き続き書道を頑張ってほしいなぁ…

After finishing up Governor of Virginia Japanese Academy, my hubbie joined me to driving down to Alabama to visit my kid #2 & his fiancée & her family! Also catching up wz my hubbie’s family as well!! Super quick visit but my heart are sooo full 💓
