As a Wellness Program Advisor, youāll be the first (and lasting) impression of our studios. Through genuine conversations and personalized recommendations, youāll help guests make massage and skincare an essential part of their self-care routine while guiding them into our membership program for long-term wellness.
This is more than a front desk role. Youāll:
ā¢ Deliver an exceptional experience every time a guest walks in or calls
ā¢ Educate clients on the benefits of massage, skincare, and the Elements Wellness Program
ā¢ Confidently follow our proven sales process to help people commit to their wellness goals
ā¢ Schedule appointments, process payments, and create a seamless client experience
ā¢ Partner with therapists and leadership to build a welcoming, client-centered environment
Youāll thrive here if youāre naturally confident, curious, competitive, coachable, positive, and passionate about helping people invest in their health. Spa or massage experience is a plusābut attitude, people skills, and drive matter most. We provide the training and coaching.
What we offer:
